Web 2.0 Tool

By: Taylor Lamb

This product was created for an assignment in my EDET 703 Design and Development Tools II.
There are plenty of Web 2.0 Tools that are effective, but I chose to concentrate on Google Docs. This tool is extremely useful in a business or an educational setting. Google Docs is a Google App that offers online documents that allows people to upload, create, share, and edit their documents or spreadsheets at the same time from different devices. This serves great for a group of people that are in different locations, who are working together to create documents or spreadsheets. Google Docs is compatible with word processor applications and most presentation software. Google Docs has several avenues for work; Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
My product was created with Google Forms. This tool allows users to collect and organize information by creating surveys, assessment, evaluations, applications, etc. Google Forms collects the information that is entered and pulls the analytics for you. This is an easy way to give a quiz or even RSVP for weddings. I decided to create a survey titled, "Break The Ice". This form is a generic questionnaire that was created specifically for a teacher that wants to get to know her new students better. Also, it can be used for students to get to know each other.
